The Yale Club of New York opened the 2014 holiday season with a splash of colors (reds and greens) and decorations. As soon as Thanksgiving had come and gone, many rooms, floors and stairwells were already adorned with Christmas trees, wreaths, twinkling lights and poinsettia plants.
