Media Summit Out West

AYA's first ever Social Media Summit was so successful earlier this year that AYA, Yale Communications, SA@Yale (the group that leads AYA's social-media initiatives) and other alumni representatives scheduled a second one in 2014. This time the Summit headed west. 

Zynga, the gaming company, hosted Yale alumni and social-media experts in downtown San Francisco, Oct. 25. Alumni from organizations around the country spent an entire Saturday, once again (as they did in New York in January) sharing best practices, lessons learned and clever ways to connect and keep alumni engaged via social media. Or find ways to get alumni hip and comfortable with all matters related to Twitter, Google, Facebook, Storify, Tumblr, and Linkedin--in a Yale way.
